Coal mining machine maintenance technical requirements
I. Housing and Mechanical Parts
1. The housing shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The housing shall not have cracks or deformation. Welding repair is allowed, but measures should be taken to prevent deformation and eliminate stress.
(2) The shafts shall not have any scratches that affect the mating requirements, and the mating dimensions shall meet the design requirements.
(3) For severely worn shaft holes, brush plating, spraying, and bushing repair are allowed, provided that the strength is not affected.
2. After the housing bore is repaired, the size accuracy, roughness, center distance, and form and position tolerances of the shaft holes shall meet the requirements of the technical documents.
3. After repair, the threaded holes, locating holes, and locating platforms on the housing shall meet the requirements of the technical documents.
4. The bearings shall have no obvious wear marks, and the clearance shall meet the requirements; otherwise, they shall be replaced.
5. Gear parts shall meet the following requirements; otherwise, they shall be replaced:
(1) The tooth surface is smooth and the wear is uniform.
(2) The gear teeth shall not fail.
(3) The inner hole surface is smooth, and slight wear is allowed. The internal spline is complete and free of collapse, defects, etc.
6. Transmission shafts shall meet the following requirements; otherwise, they shall be replaced:
(1) There shall be no cracks, severe rust, or damage.
(2) The shaft necks mating with the rolling bearings shall not have any scratches that affect the mating requirements, and the mating dimensions shall meet the design requirements.
(3) The external spline is complete and free of collapse, defects, etc.
(4) The coaxiality deviation of each mating surface shall meet the design requirements.
7. The spindle shall meet the following requirements; otherwise, it shall be replaced:
(1) There shall be no cracks, severe rust, or damage.
(2) The shaft necks mating with the rolling bearings and the housing shall not have any scratches that affect the mating requirements, and the mating dimensions shall meet the design requirements.
8. All parts shall be undamaged, without obvious wear marks or deformation.
II. Hydraulic Components
(A) Plunger Pumps and Motors
1. The plunger and its mating hole shall meet the following requirements:
(1) They shall be numbered during disassembly and assembly and shall not be interchanged. When replacing parts, they shall be selected and paired for grinding.
(2) The mating clearance shall meet the requirements of the technical documents.
(3) The roundness and cylindricity shall not exceed 2/3 of the design tolerance.
(4) The plunger surface shall not have scratches or pitting, and the surface roughness Ra≤0.1μm.
(5) The inner surface of the plunger hole shall not have axial scratches, and the surface roughness Ra≤0.2μm .
2. The plunger and connecting rod shall rotate flexibly, and the axial play shall not exceed 0.15mm.
3. The connecting rod ball head and ball socket shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The surface of the connecting rod ball head shall not have scratches or pitting, and the surface roughness Ra≤0.1μm.
(2) The surface of the ball socket shall not have scratches, and the surface roughness Ra≤0.2μm.
(3) The contact area and mating clearance between the ball head and the ball socket shall meet the requirements of the Manufacturer's technical documents; repaired or replaced parts must be paired and ground.
(4) The mating surface between the rotor and the distributor (cover) shall not have scratches, and the grinding amount shall not exceed 50% of the surface hardened layer thickness. Grinding must be performed in pairs.
(5) The surface of the radial plunger pump and motor track shall not have scratches or peeling, and the surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm.
(6) The sliding surface of the slipper and the swash plate of the axial plunger pump shall not have scratches, and the surface roughness Ra≤0.1μm.
(7) The plunger return spring shall not have defects such as breakage, fatigue, or rust.
(8) The mating clearances and contact seals of other major working parts shall meet the requirements of the Manufacturer's technical documents.
(9) After the inspection and repair of various hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors, they must pass inspection before they can be installed and used.
(10) If a hydraulic pump fails to meet the performance requirements due to damage to the seals, the seals can be replaced. After repair, a performance test shall be conducted, and the pressure shall reach the original hydraulic pump index, and the flow rate shall not be lower than the system design requirements. If the main parts of the hydraulic pump are damaged, the entire pump shall be replaced.
